Easy Homemade Granola Recipe

Three ingredients homemade granola. Cheap, easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (28g)
  • 4 tablespoons honey (85g)
  • 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats (180g)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300F/140C.
  • In a small bowl mix well honey and vegetable oil.
  • Add the oats to a big bowl and pour the honey mixture and mix until all the oats are lightly coated with honey.
  • Pour granola into a 12x9 in. pan and spread it in an even layer. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let the granola cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Keep at room temperature for 3 weeks.

Notes

Granola can be served with milk or over some yogurt and fresh fruit for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Before baking you can add nuts, shredded coconut, or wheat germ; once cool, add some dried fruit.
