  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup milk cream
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup dulce de leche
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 6 Oreos

  • If desired, whipped cream
  • 2 teaspoons dulce de leche

  1. Pudding: In a medium saucepan, add all the ingredients for the pudding and mix well so the yolk breaks.
  2. Cook on medium heat and stir constantly.
  3. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat and cook 2 more minutes. Stirring all the time so the pudding doesn't stick to the pan.
  4. Remove saucepan from the heat and allow to cool at room temperature.
  5. Base: Crush or cut Oreos into little pieces and add them to two glasses.
  6. Once the pudding is cold or still a little bit warm, pour it into the glasses.
  7. Garnish with some whipped cream and drizzle dulce de leche.
  8. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve.
